Mrinmayee Kolape

Mrinmayee Kolape is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and community development. Currently serving as the Center Head at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since June 2023, Mrinmayee previously held the position of Women Vertical Head at Yashwantrao Chavan Centre from December 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Mrinmayee was a Program Manager at Tata Trusts, where involvement in the Tata Water Mission focused on Menstrual Hygiene Management spanned from August 2019 to December 2021. Mrinmayee began the career as The Period Fellow at Sukhibhava from June 2018 to June 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Urban and Rural Community Development from Karve Institute of Social Service, a Post Graduate Diploma in Gender, Culture, and Development from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Maharashtra Education Society's Abasaheb Garware College of Arts and Science. Additionally, Mrinmayee holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Gender Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
