Manisha Patel serves as the Sr. Director of Technology and Project Management at Lighthouse Community Public Schools since June 2020, having previously held various technology leadership roles including Director of Technology and Senior Consultant at GREAT SCHOOL CHOICES INC., and Interim Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tech Exchange. Manisha's expertise includes managing complex enrollment and data projects at Oakland Unified School District from 2003 to July 2019, where significant accomplishments included the successful launch of multiple enrollment projects and the transformation of a stalled data warehouse initiative. Earlier positions include Chief of Staff at The Oakland REACH, along with roles in applications, assessment tools, and marketing at several organizations including Corporate Security Services and HP Snapfish.com. Manisha holds degrees from University of California, Berkeley and Temple University.

Founded in 2002, LCPS operates two high-achieving K-12 public charter schools — Lighthouse and Lodestar — serving nearly 1,300 students in East Oakland.
