Coordination and Program Management

The Coordination and Program Management team at Lighthouse Community Public Schools (LCPS) is responsible for overseeing and integrating various support services and programs to enhance student performance and wellbeing. This includes managing behavior interventions, family engagement, English language development, expanded learning opportunities, multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), work-based learning, dual enrollment, and procurement processes. The team ensures cohesive program implementation and fosters collaboration across departments to support LCPS’s mission of preparing diverse students for college, careers, and lifelong changemaking.
