The Human Resources team at Lighthouse Community Public Schools manages recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent dedicated to the organization's mission. They ensure compliance with employment laws, foster employee development, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace grounded in the core values of community, integrity, agency, love, and social justice. This team also handles employee relations, benefits administration, and professional growth initiatives, supporting nearly 1,300 students, their families, and a growing staff as LCPS expands to serve more of the Oakland community.
