Currently serving on the advisory board of Ripple Suicide Prevention Charity and as an associate trainer for Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, Andy also holds roles as an ambassador for Includability, a professional speaker with Speakers Collective UK, and a health and safety consultant with A Squared Health & Safety. Additionally, Andy is an instructor member of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being in organizations. With past experience in explosives safety at Esterline Technologies Corporation and as a health and safety consultant for a consultancy firm, Andy brings valuable expertise to various sectors.
