Michael Pazyniak

Michael Pazyniak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael founded Lighthouse Creative Works in 2011 and currently serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at SIDEM LLC as the Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2011. Michael also held various positions at TerraCom, including Senior Director of Events from 2004 to 2006, Director of Events & Logistics in 2003, and Manager of Events from 2001 to 2003.

Michael Pazyniak attended American University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a BA in International Studies. During their time at American University, they showed an interest in international politics and the European Union. In 2001 and 2002, Pazyniak took part in an exchange program and became a visiting student at The University of Edinburgh, where they focused on studying International Politics and the EU.
