At Lighthouse Family Coaching, we believe that everyone deserves comprehensive mental health care, without the overwhelming burden of navigating the complex and fragmented system. The mental health care system is like a puzzle with pieces scattered and hidden, making it challenging for individuals and families to put it all together. You may find a therapist, only to discover they don't have experience with your specific needs, or you may be forced to wait for months to access the appropriate level of care. The process can be confusing, frustrating, and seemingly endless… And don’t even get us started on insurance!

Lighthouse Family Coaching serves as the bridge that spans this chasm, connecting you to the support, guidance, and expertise you need to overcome the challenges and obstacles in your way. Our licensed clinicians are well-versed in various levels of care, from outpatient to hospitalizations and inpatient treatment. We offer flexible coaching sessions that adapt to your unique needs, whether that's in your home or through remote connections.

As your guiding light in the ever-changing mental health landscape, we are committed to helping you find the right resources, therapists, and treatment options. Our approach is centered on empathy, advocacy, and a genuine understanding of the challenges that come with navigating the system.

Our clients have found comfort and success in our unwavering dedication to their well-being. Through our coaching, families have reconnected, and individuals have discovered the tools and support they need to thrive. We are proud to be a part of these journeys and are committed to continuing to serve as a steadfast beacon for those in need.

At Lighthouse Family Coaching, we're not just here to show you the way; we're here to walk the path with you, hand in hand. Together, we will bridge the gaps and ensure that no one has to face the complexities of mental health care alone.
