Lighthouse Financial Corp. is a commercial finance company specializing in Asset Based Loans (ABL) to mid-sized businesses in the eastern half of the United States. Lighthouse Financial makes creative commercial loans based on the collateral value of the assets on a client's balance sheet to a greater degree than on income statement or cash flow performance. As an asset based lender, we monitor the value of the pledged collateral more closely than traditional lenders. This allows Lighthouse to finance businesses that do not qualify for loans from traditional lending sources because their balance sheets and/or historic income statements do not meet credit standards.
