Sara Julius currently serves as the Senior Director of Client Services for Large Group in the Midwest Region at Alera Group, Inc. Since August 2024, Sara has been instrumental in overseeing client services. Previous experience includes directing employee benefits at Alera Group (formerly Lighthouse Group) from July 2022 to September 2024 and serving as Sr. HR Manager of Benefits, Compensation & HR Systems at Cascade Engineering from September 2018 to July 2022. At Cascade Engineering, Sara led the HR services team, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing strategic guidance. As a founding partner of Edify North, LLC from October 2009 to June 2017, Sara grew the employee benefits consulting firm to serve over 5,000 employees and generated nearly $2 million in annual revenues. Sara started their career at Advantage Benefits Group from January 2007 to October 2009 as a Client Services Coordinator. Sara holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Davenport University and is a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach from The Spencer Institute.
