Joseph Kessler is a bi-lingual people-manager with a strong background in personnel services, currently serving as the Director of Personnel Services at Lighthouse Lab Services. With previous roles at Coleman Research and Feeding Southwest Virginia, they have demonstrated a track record of driving business development, improving employee morale, and managing large teams. Joseph’s education includes a B.A. from Georgetown University, where they graduated Cum Laude. Currently, they are on a career break through March 2020 to explore new passions.
