Varsha Meghnani

Varsha Meghnani PhD, MB(ASCP), TC(NRCC) is a seasoned professional in the field of laboratory science and molecular diagnostics with extensive experience in various capacities. Currently serving as a CAP inspector at the College of American Pathologists since December 2020 and as Laboratory Director and Molecular Geneticist at Lighthouse Lab Services since April 2017, Varsha specializes in clinical laboratory management, start-up consulting, and development of testing methodologies. Previous roles include Lead Geneticist at Castle Medical, overseeing molecular diagnostics operations, and serving as a Research Assistant at North Dakota State University, contributing to recombinant protein research and antibody purification. Varsha holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from North Dakota State University, an M.S. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
