For businesses to succeed and change to work, behaviour needs to change and capability needs to improve.

Lighthouse Group offers partnerships for Organisational Development. We partner with leaders to deliver business outcomes by changing behaviour and improving capability

We offer a proven pathway to accelerate your success “The Lighthouse Transition™”. Your Leadership Navigation System is a three step program that Aligns, Changes and Empowers your company. This guides Leadership teams to define their road-map to success, develop people with the critical capabilities needed to deliver your strategy and build a culture of accountability and ownership.

The result: a business of leaders, with ownership and accountability at all levels achieving your strategy, you have a great place to work with a highly engaged and diverse set of people proactively collaborating and innovating to grow the business.

We partner with International capability specialists and highly experienced local facilitators to bring exclusively licensed “best in class” international programs to the market.

Our facilitators are highly qualified and specialised partners, they are Masters qualified with 20 years + experience in business with specialised accreditation in the programs they deliver. We believe a combination of industry experience and outstanding communication skills, subject matter expertise and excellent qualifications provides our clients with the best possible experience to build advocacy and support capability lift in their organisations.
