Tyler Graham has a diverse work experience in recruitment and staffing. Tyler started their career as a Recruiter at Cross Country Medical Staffing Network in 2019, where they exceeded branch-based goals and developed effective strategies for recruiting candidates. In 2020, Tyler joined CareerStaff Unlimited as a Recruiter, where they executed recruiting strategies and managed the hiring process. In 2021, they joined Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) as a Staffing Associate/Tech Recruiter and later took on roles as Associate I/Tech Recruiter and Associate II/Tech Recruiter. At SEP, Tyler connected talented software and IT professionals with innovative companies. Currently, Tyler is working as a Full Desk Recruiter at Lighthouse Professional Services since 2023.
Tyler Graham attended Lasell University from 2015 to 2016, with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching. Following this, Tyler enrolled at Salem State University from 2016 to 2019. At Salem State, Tyler pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
