Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders started their work experience as a Helpdesk Engineer at Bytek IT Solutions in 2008. Mark then worked as a Customer Service Advisor and Technical Support at Vhi Healthcare from 2011 to 2013. After that, they worked as a freelance Full Stack Developer from 2011 to 2013. Following that, Mark worked as a Field Services Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 2013 to 2014, where they gained experience in troubleshooting technical issues and managing Active Directory and GPO. Mark then joined State Street in 2014 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, responsible for maintaining and monitoring computer systems and networks. Finally, Mark currently works at Lighthouse Studios, where they have held the roles of IT Manager and is currently the Director of Information Technology.

Mark Saunders has a diverse education history.
