Dave Nichols

Dave Nichols has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry. Dave served as the President/Owner of America's One Title since 2006 and is currently the Regional Vice President at Lighthouse Title Group since 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked at First American Title for several years, starting as a Customer First Manager and progressing to roles such as Salesperson, Escrow Closer, HR Director, and West Mi Area Manager. During their time at First American Title, they managed multiple escrow offices, local managers, and was responsible for day-to-day escrow production and customer service in Kent, Calhoun, and Kalamazoo counties. Dave also played a key role in the company's reorganization and implementation of a proprietary production system.
