Kathleen Andersen serves as the Agency Manager at Lakeshore Land and Title since January 2020, and previously held the position of Regional Vice President at both Lighthouse Title Group and Lighthouse Title-Lakeshore Land & Title Division since November 2004. With extensive experience in title insurance and closing services, Kathleen has contributed to the success of a prominent Michigan and Wisconsin-based title agency. Additionally, Kathleen has been the Chairperson of the Board for Great Lakes Energy People Fund since October 1999, supporting community well-being through charitable grants. An Independent Demonstrator for Stampin' Up! since November 2010, Kathleen promotes creativity in papercrafting. Formerly, Kathleen served as the elected Township Supervisor for Riverton Township from November 2004 to December 2016, overseeing township operations and community matters, as well as holding the role of Licensed Insurance Account Executive at Lighthouse Group-Insurance & Title from 2004 to 2012, and working as an Escrow Officer for Chicago Title Insurance Company from 2001 to 2004.
