Lighthouse Youth Services
Jim Cira is a seasoned case manager with a robust background in promoting the economic and social well-being of individuals and families. Currently serving at Lighthouse Youth & Family Services since January 2022, Jim empowers clients towards greater economic independence. Prior experience includes managing a caseload of homeless men at City Gospel Mission and leading initiatives through the Jobs Van Program, aimed at providing social services to panhandlers. Jim also held the role of Treasurer at University Christian Church and served as Team Lead at Anthem. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and a Behavioral Health Certificate from the National Council for Behavioral Health, with ongoing education towards a Master of Social Work specializing in Children, Youth, and Families at Case Western Reserve University.
