Paul Haffner

Paul Haffner is the CEO of Lighthouse Youth Services, a position they have held since July 2016.

Prior to their current role, Haffner served as Sr. Counsel at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP from July 2013 to July 2016.

Before that, they were the Divisional Sr. Vice President at Great American Insurance from January 2000 to December 2013.

Haffner has extensive experience in the legal and insurance industries, and they have been instrumental in growing both Lighthouse Youth Services and Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP.

Paul Haffner's educational career began with him obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College. Paul then went on to obtain a Doctor of Law from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. After completing their education, they became a member of Leadership Cincinnati.
