Sheri Hammel Hager

Sheri Hammel Hager has extensive experience in the field of communications and media production. Sheri began their career as a Producer at WOWK-TV in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Sheri then moved on to WLWT-TV where they held the position of Producer from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they joined WTLV-TV/WJXX-TV as an Executive Producer, where they managed the transition of combining two local affiliates into one newsroom and oversaw a team of 70 employees. In 2001, Sheri joined WCPO-TV as a Multimedia Producer, responsible for constructing, writing, and executing 60-minute newscasts, assigning reporters, and supervising a team of around 20 members. Sheri held this role until 2014, when they became the Director of Communications and Public Relations at Lighthouse Youth Services.

Sheri Hammel Hager has a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Boston University Law School. Sheri also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Indiana University. Sheri Hammel Hager attended Huntington High School for their secondary education.
