Tim Hughes

Tim Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim started their career as a Computer Lab Consultant at the University of Kentucky, where they provided end user support and assisted with computer and audio/video peripherals. Tim then worked at PharmaCare as a Trainer/Claims Analyst, where they processed prescription claims and resolved client issues. Tim then moved on to IBM, where they served as an Advisory I/T Specialist and worked closely with manufacturers to understand their requirements and develop supply chain solutions. Tim joined DAV (Disabled American Veterans) as a Business Analyst and later became the CRM System Manager, overseeing the implementation of a system and conducting user testing. Tim then joined Great American Insurance Group as a Senior Technical Analyst, where they helped establish the Data Modeling Center of Excellence and worked on the migration from Project Model to Product Model. Currently, they are the IT & Facilities Director at Lighthouse Youth & Family Services.

Tim Hughes earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, completing their studies between 1996 and 2000. Tim also has certifications in Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), DevOps Foundation, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), Associate in General Insurance (AINS), and is a member of IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
