Danielle Hata

Danielle Hata, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of PAC Operations and Senior Talent Program Manager at Lighthouse since June 2021, Danielle provides strategic advisory support to the Chief People Office and collaborates with various HR teams. Prior to this role, Danielle held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Tektronix, where responsibilities included driving talent initiatives for Engineering and Product Marketing. Danielle’s career began at Neighborhood Health Center, where the establishment and growth of the HR department was achieved, alongside leadership of a team focused on comprehensive HR functions. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington.
