Ellen Kranz

Ellen Kranz is a seasoned contracts specialist with extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Specialist at Lighthouse since September 2020, Ellen previously held the role of Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Lead at car2go North America, where responsibilities included overseeing the procurement department and managing contract life cycles during the company's North American closure in February 2020. Prior positions include reviewing and negotiating over 100 business contracts as a Paralegal to General Counsel and leading RFQs in marketing at car2go. Ellen also gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Events Intern at The Austin Chronicle and as a Revenue Collections & Processing Intern at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities. Ellen holds a Contract Law Specialist Paralegal Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, with a double major in Urban Studies and Strategic Communications: Advertising.
