Rachel Dhanaraj

Rachel Dhanaraj is an accomplished legal operations professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Outside Counsel Program at Fannie Mae since November 2025, Rachel has previously held leadership positions including Director of Legal Operations at Solar Landscape and Manager of Legal Operations at Vox Media. Rachel's career trajectory at Vox Media also included titles such as Senior Associate and Legal Operations Associate. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Legal Analyst and Legal Analyst, and began the legal career at Goodwin as a Court Procedures Clerk. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained in 2015.
