Erin McMonigal

Erin McMonigal has extensive experience in executive management and strategy roles. Erin currently serves as the Executive Director at Lighthouse, where they oversee integration, solutions management, and business operations as the Chief of Staff. Prior to this, Erin was the Senior Director of Growth Strategy and Operations at RealSelf, where they played a key role in the company's mission to empower consumers in the aesthetic treatment industry. Erin also worked as a Principal at Lenati LLC and held various management positions at Hitachi Consulting, focusing on customer solutions.

Erin McMonigal has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & French from Cornell University. Erin also obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
