Neal Bailey

Neal Bailey has extensive work experience in the field of client services and eDiscovery. Neal is currently working at Lighthouse as the Director of Client Services, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Managing Consultant in Client Services from August 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Lighthouse, Neal worked at H5 (now Lighthouse) as a Managing Consultant in eDiscovery from February 2015 to August 2021.

Neal also has experience from TrialGraphix, where they held various roles including Managing Director (Update Legal / TrialGraphix) from September 2013 to October 2014, Director (Update Legal / TrialGraphix) from October 2010 to August 2013, Director of Operations (Kroll Ontrack / TrialGraphix) from January 2006 to September 2010, and Multimedia Consultant (TrialGraphix) from September 2003 to December 2005.

Earlier in their career, Neal worked at PDC Multimedia Productions as an Account Executive from July 1998 to August 2003 and as a Conference Technician/Event Director from September 1994 to June 1998.

Neal Bailey completed their high school education at Westside High School in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Boston College and obtained a BA degree in Communication & Theology.
