Lysandra A. Castaneda

Lysandra A. Castaneda is the current Director of Client Services at TaskUs. Lysandra has previous experience working as a Client Services Executive at Sutherland from May 2015 to February 2018, a Group Fitness Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness, and an Account Executive at The Results Companies from March 2012 to May 2015.

Lysandra is responsible for client management and operational execution of multiple clients with verticals including wireless communications provider, tax filing client, wrestling entertainment organization, and educational online system service provider. Lysandra completed project management of business process improvements with application of initiatives on multiple client lines of business at global sites. Lysandra also lead the implementation organization of new client onshore and offshore business with seasonality implications, requiring a swift ramps of hundreds of employees.

Lysandra has a talent for effective involvement in all aspects of a client’s business to ensure operational success, including Recruiting, Training, Operations, Quality, Business Analytics and Workforce Management. Lysandra is also responsible for full P&L.
