Pooja Lalwani

Pooja Lalwani, Esq., RCA, currently serves as the Director of Onboarding and Implementation at Lighthouse, having progressed through various roles since joining in May 2016, including Associate Director of Client Services and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes Project Manager at Document Technologies, Inc., where responsibility involved managing large-scale electronic document collections and providing strategic advice to clients and counsel. Pooja also held the position of Associate Attorney at Lippman, Semsker & Salb, LLC, focusing on employment discrimination, civil rights, tax law, and business litigation. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Paralegal Specialist at the IRS, where research was conducted on federal tax issues and training was provided to attorneys. Pooja holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Georgia.
