Richard Hom

Richard Hom is a Senior Project Manager in Client Services at Lighthouse since March 2022, previously holding roles at Hire Counsel from May 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading large document review teams and managing complex data requests. Richard has extensive experience in managing electronic document reviews and trial preparation in patent litigation, having collaborated with various legal teams and clients to enhance review efficiency. Richard's career began with roles at Morrison & Foerster, U.S. District Court, and Katzoff & Riggs, and includes teaching as an adjunct professor at California State University, East Bay, and Las Positas College. Richard holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS/BA in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics from Rutgers University.
