Shannon Dieffenbacher

Shannon Dieffenbacher is a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in delivering critical infrastructure projects and improving systems across various organizations. Currently at Lighthouse since August 2019, Shannon has successfully implemented the VMWare Tanzu platform for application migration. Previously, at BECU Credit Union, Shannon led significant upgrades to financial systems and developed a new team of systems engineers. During time at Sprint, Shannon played a key role in the transition of Clearwire systems and trained Sprint teams on these systems. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Microsoft, where Shannon managed large-scale application deployments, quality control for code releases, and supported the Virtual Labs project, as well as pivotal responsibilities at Washington Mutual Bank for implementing innovative banking solutions and optimizing system architectures. Shannon's career also features foundational work in domain infrastructure and daily operations management at Microsoft and technical leadership roles at other notable companies.
