The current President of LAI has a long history in the company, starting as an entry-level employee and moving up through the ranks. Many of the other leaders at LAI have also been with the company for many years, working their way up through the various departments. The team is rounded out by a few individuals with experience in other industries and a variety of educational backgrounds.
