Evan Cope

Evan Cope is an experienced professional in event production and lighting design, currently serving as Staff Gaffer at The Lighting Design Group since November 2021. With a strong freelance background as Gaffer, Best Boy, and Production Electrician since January 2020, Evan has contributed to studio installations, live broadcasts, and special events. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales at Groennfell & Havoc Meaderies, Senior Event Manager and Support Analyst at OneCause, and Technical Services Manager at Production Advantage, Inc. Additionally, Evan founded EDC Productions, LLC, which specializes in audio, lighting, and production services across the eastern United States. Education credentials include a degree from Columbia College Chicago and training from NOLS.
