Gus Macias is the President and Principal of Lighting Dynamics. Gus has over 10 years of experience in the lighting industry, and has been with Lighting Dynamics for 3 years. Prior to joining Lighting Dynamics, Gus was with Delta Light USA, LLC. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for the company's revenue and developing plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. Gus has a proven track record of success in the lighting industry, and is passionate about providing quality lighting products and services to their customers.

Gus Macias has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida International University. Gus also has certification from the MRERF - Manufacturers' Representatives Educational Research Foundation in CPMR and from the USGBC in LEED AP BD+C. Gus is also Lighting Certified (LC) from the NCQLP.
