Lance Lehman has over twenty-five years of professional experience in marketing, graphic design and content development. From 1994 to 1998, they served as the Graphic Design Services Coordinator at the Arbor Day Foundation, where they managed in-house marketing communication design services and authored, designed and edited advertising and public relations print and digital projects. From 1998 to 2017, they were the Senior Administrator of New and Emerging Media at Assurity Life Insurance Company, where they served as content designer, administrator and community manager for the most popular social media channels. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Marketing Manager at Lighting for Impact, where they managed all marketing activities to drive company growth, brand recognition and sales objectives. Currently, they are the Online Product Content Specialist at Robidoux Inc., where they research products, product offerings, competitors, and online marketplaces, and conducts product photography sessions, edits and optimizes results, and creates content assets for listings on Amazon, Walmart, Sears, and multiple Shopify sites.

Lance Lehman earned a Bachelor of Journalism and Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a focus in Advertising/Marketing/English.
