Jenny Chiang is the current Coding Club Coordinator at LIGHT. Jenny has also worked as a Staff Accountant at SS8, Inc. from December 2013 to October 2014, and at Gaia Interactive from August 2006 to November 2013.

At SS8, Jenny was responsible for preparing account reconciliations and various wire activity, as well as Company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Jenny also worked with the Sales and Sales Ops team to insure Sales Orders were inputted accurately. Furthermore, they processed and maintained bi-monthly payroll and verified employees' expenses reports through Concur. Lastly, Jenny reviewed monthly expenses, investigated variances and fluctuations.

At Gaia Interactive, Jenny handled ADP Semi-monthly payroll and the maintenance of employee files and records. Jenny also prepared monthly bank reconciliations, accrued month end liabilities and reconciled accrued liability accounts to the general ledger (which included Royalty amortization). Additionally, Jenny created AR invoices and recorded JE's to recognize deferred revenue. Jenny generated monthly Profit & Loss Budget to Actual reports and coordinated with IT to create a fixed assets tagging system. Furthermore, Jenny prepared a monthly fixed assets roll-forward schedule; kept track of write offs, transfers, purchases and depreciation. Jenny also filed annual Business Property Statement Form 571L, and Quarterly Sales Tax returns online. Lastly, Jenny coordinated, prepared and reviewed monthly balance sheet and income statement accounts' trend analysis (including monthly review with Senior Director of Finance).

Jenny Chiang has a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University with a concentration in accounting.

Jenny Chiang reports to Sarah Coin, Vice President. They work with Social Events Lead - Social Events Lead, Theater Club Coordinator/Director - Theater Club Coordinator/Director, and Corinna Fuller - Website Coordinator.
