Michael Massey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at Lightkeeper since July 2025, Michael previously held significant positions at WorkWave, including Senior Finance Director and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where responsibilities included oversight of reporting functions, guiding acquisitions, and leading financial operations in a $250M+ revenue environment. Additional experience includes roles at Artsy, Warby Parker, AZ Electronic Materials, Gucci Group, and early career positions in smaller firms, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University.
