Michael Massey

Michael Massey serves as the VP of Finance at Lightkeeper since July 2025, following a significant tenure at WorkWave from January 2016 to July 2025, where Michael held multiple finance roles including Senior Finance Director and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. At WorkWave, Michael was instrumental in managing a $250M+ revenue stream within the field service software and financial services industry, overseeing internal and external reporting functions, and leading financial planning and analysis efforts. Michael has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having guided the company through seven acquisitions, and has a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Prior positions include Finance Manager at Artsy, Accounting Manager/FP&A Analyst at Warby Parker, and roles at AZ Electronic Materials, The Gucci Group, and a small accounting firm, cementing a robust foundation in finance and accounting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University.
