Ayan Chakrabarty is a seasoned photonics engineer with extensive experience in the development and research of advanced optical technologies. Currently serving as a Photonics Engineer at Lightmatter, Ayan previously held positions at SiLC Technologies, Inc. as a Staff Engineer in Laser & Photonics, and as a Senior Optical Engineer focused on LIDAR at Cruise Automation. Ayan's research expertise includes high-temperature superconducting detectors at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and opto-electronics at the University of Michigan.
