Sakura Ticer

Sakura Ticer is an experienced professional in product documentation, currently serving in the same role at Lightmatter since December 2023. Previously, Sakura worked at Tesla from November 2022 to July 2023, where impactful documentation was published for industrial energy products, and user satisfaction was enhanced through customer engagement and analytical improvements. At Parsable, from May 2019 to December 2021, Sakura founded and led a team responsible for help center strategy and in-app guidance for enterprise SaaS, ensuring a consistent user experience through effective terminology management. Sakura began a successful career at Marvell, holding the position of Director of Technical Communication for two decades, where a technical communication department was established that significantly contributed to the company's rapid growth from startup to a billion-dollar enterprise. Sakura holds a B.A. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Chemistry from San Francisco State University.
