Hithesh Bhat

Hithesh Bhat is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at LightMetrics since September 2024, Hithesh previously held the role of Software Engineering Manager at Ather Energy from October 2018 to August 2024, where contributions included building a robust data pipeline and leading a lean team in developing customer-centric features. Hithesh also acted as a Module Lead and Full Stack Developer at Ather Energy, overseeing order management tools and various customer-facing systems. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Consultant Product Engineer at Jnaapti and Sr. Project Mentor & Team Lead at Evobi. Hithesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from St Joseph Engineering College, Mangaluru, completed in 2014.
