Ravi Shenoy

Ravi Shenoy has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ravi co-founded LightMetrics in 2015 and played a key role in its early development. Prior to that, they worked at Nokia from 2008 to 2015, where they served as a Senior Researcher and was responsible for creating innovative solutions in camera technology and image processing algorithms. Ravi also collaborated with Rice University on various projects. Before joining Nokia, Ravi worked at Adaptive Technologies Inc from 2003 to 2008 as a Research Associate. During this time, they developed wireless binaural microphone systems and software for advanced hearing protectors. Ravi'sexpertise in developing and implementing control algorithms for noise canceling microphones is noteworthy. Ravi Shenoy has a diverse education history. Ravi obtained their PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) at Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2003. Ravi also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics (BE) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai, which they earned from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they attended Sathaye College in India from 1995 to 1997 to complete their Junior College education. Furthermore, Ravi cleared all three levels of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exams in 2006, 2007, and 2008 from the CFA Institute and the Association for Investment Management and Research, US.
