Yong Yu

While studying environmental engineering at Columbia University, Yong became fascinated by bitcoin when he first heard about it in 2012. After switching to software engineering, Yong worked in various startups in New York and Beijing, focusing on bitcoin wallets and crypto exchange platforms. Seeing the potential of the Lightning Network, he started committing to lnd and became an active contributor. Yong also enjoys making music and is an independent rapper.
