Nathen Essman

Nathen Essman has extensive experience in operations and management within the energy services industry. Currently serving as the CA Regional Manager at Lightning Production Services since October 2017, Essman previously held the position of U.S. Operations Manager at Rapid Rod Service from March 2015 to October 2017, overseeing personnel and equipment in the U.S. fleet. Prior experience includes working as Operations Superintendent at Dover Artificial Lift, managing rig service personnel and equipment for the U.S. division from August 2012 to March 2015, and as Field Supervisor at Key Energy Services from May 2004 to July 2012. Nathen Essman holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Bakersfield College, completed between 2000 and 2003, and a diploma from Valley High School, obtained in 2000.
