Jim Gaynor has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Retired at LightPath Technologies I since March 2020, Gaynor previously held the position of President & CEO at LightPath Technologies from February 2008. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Puradyn Filter Technologies Incorporated (2002-2006) and Vice President of Operations at JDS Uniphase Corporation (2000-2002). Additionally, Gaynor served as Vice President and General Manager at Spectrum Control Technologies (1991-2000) and Rockwell International's Electronic Components Division (1984-1991). Early career experience includes a role as Plant Manufacturing Engineer for the Electronic Components Division at Corning Incorporated (1976-1984). Jim Gaynor holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1970 and 1973.
