Manny Andrade

Manny Andrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success, product governance, and technology management. Currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Customer Success and Product Governance at LightPoint Financial Technology since June 2019, Manny oversees client success operations, ensuring effective onboarding, cross-selling, and client satisfaction while providing strategic insights to various departments. Prior to this role, Manny held the position of Managing Director Client Services at Rebar Systems, LLC, where contributions included leading the company’s transition to a product-focused organization and managing an Agile engineering team. At Credit Suisse, Manny managed a significant $700 million investment banking IT budget and implemented portfolio and process re-engineering across the global bank. Earlier in the career, Manny worked as a consultant at Milliman & Robertson. Manny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and History from Boston University.
