Aliza Green

Aliza Green is an experienced recruiter with a strong focus on the high-tech industry, specializing in sourcing for both hardware and software profiles. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Lightricks since April 2021, Aliza previously held roles at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing the full lifecycle of recruiting. Prior to Intel, Aliza worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Ophir Optronics Solutions Ltd. and as a recruiter in various capacities, including at Teva Pharmaceuticals and as an H.R. consultant at Atid. Aliza holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University.
