Kathryn Ruczynski

Kathryn Ruczynski is currently a Team Lead in Customer Success at Lightricks, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as Director of Customers at Popular Pays from July 2019 to July 2022, and held several positions at the same company, including Sr. Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager from August 2016 to January 2018. Kathryn's experience also includes working as an Account Manager for Brand Partnerships at SFX Entertainment, Inc., which specializes in electronic music culture events, from January 2015 to May 2016, and as a Sales Associate at Viggle Inc., an entertainment marketing platform, from March 2013 to September 2015. Early career experiences include public relations internships at RSVP Gallery and Chicago Creative Lounge, as well as volunteer work at La Casa Norte. Kathryn Ruczynski holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Westminster, with ongoing education at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
