Shira Segal Brookstein

Shira Segal Brookstein is an experienced professional in Learning and Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD), currently serving as an L&D-OD Partner at Lightricks since July 2022. Notable achievements include designing and implementing comprehensive L&D-OD initiatives, launching a cross-company L&D champions program, and leading efforts to increase GenAI usage within the organization. Prior experience includes roles at LotemSensing, where responsibilities spanned from LMS implementation to project management focused on HR data measurement, along with management positions in employee development at Education for Excellence and instructional roles at the Society for Advancement of Education. Shira holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by recent L&D training from QUATRO Leadership Lab.
