Tejasvi Ravi

Tejasvi Ravi is a Principal at Lightrock focused on building out the healthcare vertical. She currently serves on the boards of Kauvery and Be Well. She is a healthcare professional with over 9 years of wide-ranging experience across various verticals of healthcare including delivery, pharmaceuticals, med tech and policy. Prior to this she led the CEO’s office at Medanta Hospitals as Chief of Staff, where she was involved in projects across the strategy and operations of the hospital chain. Previously, she was a manager with Bain and company, India. As part of their healthcare practice she advised both Indian and global clients on a spectrum of areas related to market, business models and experience design. Tejasvi has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor in Commerce from Stella Maris, Madras University.
