Sarah Dombrosky has been working in the industry since 2004. Sarah began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI). In 2009, they joined Illumetek Corp. as a Maintenance Coordinator and went on to hold roles such as Director of Programs - Managed Services, Maintenance Division Manager and Maintenance Coordinator. In 2021, they joined Lightserve Corp. as a Maintenance Division Manager. Throughout their career, they have developed and implemented scopes of work for specified client programs, managed hundreds of work orders, supervised coordinators to ensure program requirements are exceeding customer and company expectations, and exemplified superior quality control via thorough communication with the team, contractor network, and vendors.

Sarah Dombrosky attended Garfield Heights High School from 1999 to 2003. Sarah then went on to pursue an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Cuyahoga Community College from 2003 to 2007.
