Darcy Forman

Darcy Forman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in clinical operations and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lightship since March 2025, Darcy previously founded and led Centricity Clinical LLC as President from November 2019 to March 2025, offering innovative solutions in clinical research. Notably, Darcy held multiple key positions at Science 37 from January 2020 to June 2024, culminating in the role of Chief Delivery Officer. At Firma Clinical Research from July 2016 to September 2019, responsibilities included corporate development and oversight of clinical operations. Additionally, Darcy served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Pharma Start from July 2016 to June 2017. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Lake Forest College.
