Kandace Roe

Kandace Roe is currently the Head of People Operations at INE, where they focus on developing performance management systems and enhancing employee experience. With a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, along with certifications including SHRM-SCP and SPHR, Kandace has a proven track record in transforming HR practices across various organizations. They have previously served as Human Resources Director at Holly Hill Hospital and contributed to impactful HR initiatives at the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. In addition to their professional roles, Kandace is an Advisory Board Member for Wake County's Open Space and Parks Advisory Committee, reflecting their commitment to community involvement.
